What to Expect
I want to share with you, my readers, what you can expect from me.
First off, I realize I’m not immune from making bad decisions. I make plenty of mistakes everyday.
Just like many of you, I’d rather hide my errors of judgement from others, rather than be transparent and vulnerable.
One thing I have learned in my 24+ years as a Bible Study teacher, Sunday School and VBS teacher, is this:
Hiding mistakes is never helpful to ourselves or others. Doing so, robs us from the opportunity to make changes and grow.
For in sharing our struggles, we can learn much. How to pick ourselves and others up from the place we have fallen. Then once again, get back up, step onto correct path, by putting one foot in front of the other.
For:
“All forward motion is a step in the right direction, even if they are just baby steps.
All babies when they are learning to walk, fall down, cry a little, then get up and begin again.”
